At a Democratic fundraiser in Miami, Obama expressed his amusement while touting tax cuts in the stimulus measure. According to CNN news, Obama was quoted as saying ‘So I’ve been amused in recent days by these people having rallies,” he told the crowd at the fundraiser to laughter. “I think they should be saying thank you.”
So if there was any doubt whether or not 0bama “gets” the Tea Party or not, let me be perfectly clear. No. He doesn’t.
