Mexican Labor Building US Military Base near Border
Tags: fence, Fort Bliss, illegal immigration, immigration, mexican laborPresidential-Race.net discovered Fort Bliss - a US Army base located at the edge of El Paso which skirts the border with Mexico is undergoing a major expansion that heavily relies on Mexicans for its construction. Despite growing controversy in the United States over immigration — legal and illegal — the military is using foreign labor to build the base. To top it off - on September 15, the El Paso Time paper reported 12 construction workers were detained at the base because they were in the country illegally or had fake work permits. Most of them were employed by subcontractors.
Gee - isn’t that a smack in the face of the U.S. unemployed, our weary, and economically challenged? What type of CRAP is this Bush?
Let’s go back to the fence in our previous article. People - your current politician in office is ignoring YOU. Make sure the individual you elect for 2008 is a person who will execute your direction as a citizen.
And as for the subcontractors that were employing those illegally here or working with fake permits - THROW THEM IN JAIL - they committed a CRIME.
